Share data with Snowflake using the Snowflake zero-copy V2 connector. Authenticate with OIDC and act on change data with streams and tasks. Create a data share and a Snowflake V2 data share target, link them, and query your data as a mounted Snowflake database without duplicating it. Previously, Data 360 used username and password-based OAuth through the legacy Snowflake data share target.
Where: This change applies to Data 360 Developer, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions. This change isn’t available in Government Cloud.
When: This functionality is available in sandbox and production environments on a rolling basis starting in August 2026.
How: In Data 360, create a data share and a Snowflake V2 data share target, then link them. In Snowflake, accept the share and query the data as a mounted database.
