# Call Decision Tables from Omniscripts

Call an activated decision table directly from an Omniscript without Apex controllers or manual workarounds.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Business Rules Engine is enabled.

**How:** In Omniscript Designer or Integration Procedure Designer, drag the Decision Table action to the canvas and select an active decision table from the dropdown. Map your incoming JSON data to the table's input variables by using standard Omnistudio merge field syntax. The table's results merge back into your Omniscript or Integration Procedure JSON.
