# Reconcile Payment Advice and Bank Data with Lockbox Processing

Accelerate cash collection by automating payment reconciliation between payment advice records and bank statements. Billing uses Document AI to extract payment data from payment advice documents, checks, emails, or other payment advice records and automatically matches the payment data against available bank statements. Your accounts receivable team can then review all matched and unmatched transactions in the reconciled payment records.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Cloud Billing license.

**Who:** To reconcile payments and review results, you need the Billing Admin and Data Cloud Architect permission sets.
