See invoice lines grouped by product, including usage resources that belong to the same usage product. Invoice Line Summary rolls related lines into one hierarchy, so you can understand and explain one-time, recurring, usage, overage, and milestone charges without scanning the invoice line by line.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Cloud Billing license.
When: This change is available in the October 2026 monthly release.
Who: To view invoice line summaries, you need the Billing Admin or the Billing Operations User permission set.
How: On an invoice record, open the Invoice Line Summary tab. Expand a product to review its related lines, including usage resources grouped under the same usage product. Turn on Hide Zeros to hide rows whose line amount is zero, and filter columns to find a product, charge type, date, quantity, or amount. Review Total Amount, Total Tax, and Total with Tax in the summary bar. Switch the summary bar between Horizontal and Vertical, or use Auto to match the available space.
