# Orchestrate Cart-to-Cash Checkout Flow With a Single API Call

Complete a full purchase journey with the Checkout API, whether you initiate it from an external CPQ system, a website, or a custom sales channel. Simplify integration by using a single API request to create a subscription, generate an invoice, and process and apply the payment, instead of multiple calls.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Cloud Billing license.
