# Subscribe to Data 360 Live Widgets in CRM Analytics

Keep users informed with scheduled email snapshots of CRM Analytics dashboards and widgets powered by Data 360 live datasets. Choose hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly delivery, and set the delivery time and time zone to meet recipients’ needs. Recipients see only the data that they’re authorized to access based on their existing permissions. For example, a customer support manager can receive hourly email snapshots of a case escalation widget using Data 360 live data to stay informed about critical issues throughout the day without manually checking the dashboard.

**Where:** This change applies to CRM Analytics in Lightning Experience. CRM Analytics is available in Developer Edition and for an extra cost in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions.

**How:** To start a subscription from a Data 360 live widget, in run mode, select **Subscribe** from the widget’s action menu.
