Shoppers can “chat” with the Agent and receive assistance with product search and recommendations, learn about promotions, get answers to frequently asked questions, and count on secure checkout.

    Understand how much conversion and revenue your B2C Shopper Agent drives across your Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) storefront.
