# Flow Marketing Cloud Updates

Trigger order confirmation flows directly with a REST API to send transactional messages in seconds instead of minutes. Read, create, update, and delete Marketing Object records with standard Flow record elements. Copy an audience flow without disrupting live campaigns. Predict the best conversion outcome for each audience member with Personalize Paths.

- **[Trigger Flows Faster on Order Events with a REST API](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_automate_flow_mktg_cloud_order_confirmation_api.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Send transactional messages faster by calling a REST API that starts the flow directly. The new Order Return, Order Shipment, and Order Status Change events in the Event Library accept API calls with order data. Flows process order events in approximately 3 seconds instead of 7–10 minutes.
- **[Manage Marketing Object Records Directly in Flows](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_automate_flow_marketing_objects.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Use standard Flow record elements to read, create, update, and delete Marketing Object records. Build orchestration logic that manages personalization data directly in your flows.
- **[Copy an Audience Flow Without Disrupting Live Campaigns](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_automate_flow_builder_copy_audience_flow_264.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Save an audience flow as a copy. Choose whether to duplicate associated emails, SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS messages or link to the originals. You can also copy segments and list trigger definitions, giving each duplicate flow an independent starting point. Previously, duplicating a flow reused the same assets, so edits to the copy could inadvertently alter live campaigns.
- **[Personalize Paths to Predict the Best Conversion Outcome](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_automate_flow_mktg_cloud_personalize_paths_264.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Use Personalize Paths to send each audience member record down the path most likely to drive your desired conversion outcome. Path selection uses machine learning to continuously predict which path performs best for each person, improving over time.
