# Verify Extracted Document Data in a Single Flow

Give your reviewers a way to verify and correct extracted document data without orchestrating multiple flows. The flow pauses at the Extract Data from Document action and resumes automatically after a reviewer submits corrections. Send every extraction for review, or only the low-confidence extractions based on the confidence thresholds in your document processing configuration.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Professional (with API access add-on), Performance, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions. Edit or delete document processing configurations in the Automation app. This feature is available with the MuleSoft for Flow: IDP add-on license.

**How:** Add an **Extract Data from Document** action to your flow and configure the **Human Review Settings** section. Select when to require review: **Never**, **Only when needed** (based on confidence score), or **Always**. Optionally assign reviews to specific users. Reviewers access pending reviews in the **Human Reviews** tab of the Automation app, where they validate extracted data against the original document and submit corrections. Each extracted value shows a confidence score, so reviewers can prioritize the fields most likely to need correction, and they can use **Save Changes** to save their work in progress and finish the review later. If a reviewer marks the review as incorrect and records why, the flow follows its fault path.
