# Test Flows with Specific Records by Entering a Record ID

Enter a static 15-character or 18-character record ID directly in the Flow Builder debugger to debug flows with specific records. This option helps test flows that use objects with limited searchability, such as Cases or Campaign Members, without digging through lookup results.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Starter Suite, Pro Suite, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

**How:** From Setup, in Quick Find, enter Process, and then select **Process Automation Settings**. Then, select **Flow Test Mode (Beta)**.

In Flow Builder, open a flow to debug. Use the debug panel to enter a static record ID manually in the input variable. Flow Builder fetches the record details automatically during the test run.
