Add Multiple Flow Approval Processes to a Record with the Request Approvals Component

Give submitters up to 10 autolaunched flow approval processes to select from with the Request Approvals component.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, Einstein 1 Editions, Agentforce 1 Editions, and Developer editions.

Who: To customize record page layouts, Lightning App Builder requires that you have the Customize Application permission.

How: In Lightning App Builder, add the Request Approvals component to a record page layout.

In the Request Approvals property panel, click + Add Flow Approval Process. For each flow approval process, enter a label to identify the flow approval process to users. To prevent submitters from adding comments to their submission, select Hide submitter comments. To require submitters to select an approver, select Require the submitter to select an approver. To view or edit the configuration for a flow approval process, click its label.
