The Sales Concierge Agent now supports logged-in customers on your Experience Cloud site. Customers can search for vehicles and accessories, request quotes, schedule test drives, start a trade-in appraisal, and get answers to sales questions in natural language, directly on your site.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with the Agentforce for Automotive add-on or Agentforce 1 Automotive Edition.
Who: Available for authenticated Customer Community Plus users on Experience Cloud. Guest users aren't supported.
How: Deploy the Automotive Sales Concierge for Customers agent template with embedded messaging on your Experience Cloud site. Customers verify their identity through login before the agent surfaces account-specific actions.
