# Create Agents for Automotive in the New Agentforce Builder

Build and customize agents for your automotive use cases in the new Agentforce Builder in Agentforce Studio. The Asset Service Management, Sales Concierge Agent (SCA), and Dealership Navigator agents are now available in the new builder.

Build and customize agents for your automotive use cases in the new Agentforce Builder in Agentforce Studio. The Asset Service Management, Sales Concierge Agent (SCA), and Dealership Navigator agents are now available in the new builder, which uses guided setup, built-in AI assistance, and Agent Script-powered workflows to help you create agents that follow your business rules. Preview, test, trace, and debug agent behavior to deliver higher-quality experiences with less development effort. More automotive agents move to the new builder in upcoming releases.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with the Agentforce Automotive add-on license or included in Agentforce 1 Automotive Edition.

**Why:** Building and maintaining custom agents across two separate builders adds administrative overhead. The new Agentforce Builder gives admins guided, AI-assisted tooling to create, test, and debug agents in one place, reducing setup time and development effort.

**When:** The Asset Service Management, SCA, and Dealership Navigator agents are available in the new Agentforce Builder.

**How:** From the Agents tab of the Agentforce Studio app, click New Agent. Create an agent from a template or build a custom agent with AI assistance. Your existing agents aren't affected — you can continue to edit, activate, and manage the agents already in your org.
