Turn on Workforce Scheduling and configure onsite and field scheduling. Assign access, configure scheduling and optimization policies, and include supported employees, named contractors, and partner workers in scheduling decisions.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions where Agentforce Public Sector is enabled. An add-on license for Workforce Scheduling is also required.
How: In Salesforce Go, select Workforce Scheduling to assign user access and create work types and service territories. Then, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Workforce Scheduling, select Basic Settings, and turn on Onsite Scheduling and Field Scheduling. Configure scheduling policies, optimization, and routing in Setup.
