# Schedule Onsite Interactions with Agency Employees

Schedule in-office appointments between constituents and agency employees for any context, such as a case or complaint. Onsite interactions use the Interaction object, so scheduling works within your public sector workflows without a third-party solution. Constituents can schedule their own interactions from Experience Cloud sites, and staff review scheduled interactions with a Manager View component.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience and supported Experience Cloud sites in Enterprise and Unlimited editions where Agentforce Public Sector is enabled. An add-on license for Workforce Scheduling is also required.

**Why:** Onsite scheduling supports appointments that involve multiple individuals and assets across public sector objects. Agencies manage in-office interactions natively, without relying on third-party scheduling tools.

**How:** Enable field scheduling in Setup, and configure resources, territories, work types, availability, scheduling policies, and routing. Review the Workforce Scheduling developer documentation to integrate with APIs.
