# Complete Field Work Offline in the Salesforce Field Service Mobile App

Mobile workers can review visits, interactions, and service appointments in one schedule list and continue working without network connectivity. Offline access includes relevant public sector records, such as regulatory codes, violations, public complaints, and business licenses. Guided workflows, data-capture forms, and push notifications support work at the job site, while Agentforce pre-work briefs help workers prepare for visits.

**Where:** This change applies to the Salesforce Field Service mobile app for iOS in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Workforce Scheduling add-on license for Agentforce Public Sector. Agentforce access is required for pre-work briefs.
