# Collect Consent from Applicants

Run compliant recruitment marketing campaigns by collecting applicant consent directly in your career site. Applicants can now provide their consent when they create a profile or submit an application, enabling targeted outreach to your talent pool. Previously, there was no built-in way to capture and store applicant communication preferences during the application process.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Agentforce Public Sector and Talent Recruitment Management are enabled.

**Who:** This feature is available to users with the Talent Recruitment Management Specialist Access permission set.
