Run Targeted Recruitment Campaigns

With recruitment campaigns, you can segment your talent pool by skills and past applications to reengage candidates with personalized opportunities. Nurture passive talent over time with confidence, knowing campaigns target only candidates who consented to communications.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Agentforce Public Sector, Talent Recruitment Management, and Marketing Cloud are enabled.

Note During the Recruitment Campaigns setup in Salesforce Go, the Deploy Data Streams stage is unavailable if certain actions are in progress in Agentforce Marketing. For workaround details, see the Marketing Setup using Salesforce Go Fails on the "Create CMS Workspace and CMS Site" step knowledge article.

Who: This feature is available to users with the Talent Recruitment Management Specialist Access permission set.

How: From the gear menu or the main Setup menu, select Salesforce Go. Then search for Recruitment Campaigns.
