# Discover Amazon S3 File Content Semantically with Agentforce

Stop manually reviewing files to find what you need. Investigators, compliance officers, and other users can easily locate specific information across petabytes of files stored in Amazon S3 by conversing with an Agentforce AI agent, or directly from a record page using the External Storage Semantic Search component. Semantic search uses AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Kendra to understand intent, not just keywords. For example, a query for "suspect fled the scene" also finds files mentioning "absconded," or videos where someone says "ran away," across text in documents, spoken words in videos, and text within images.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Agentforce Public Sector is enabled.

**How:** From the gear menu or the main Setup menu, select **Salesforce Go**. Then search for Agentforce for Public Sector, and complete the steps under External Storage Search Skills.
