# Accelerate Benefit Application Intake with Automatic AI-based Data Prefilling

Automatically load known information and preliminary application details into benefit forms to reduce repetitive data entry. Constituents can upload official documents directly into forms to speed up completion. Agentforce Public Sector extracts and verifies essential demographic details from multiple files to prefill fields, cut manual typing, reduce entry errors, and save time.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Agentforce Public Sector is enabled.

**Why:** Benefit applications can be overwhelming because they ask for extensive personal, household, and financial information. Agentforce Public Sector simplifies the process by pulling saved data from existing profiles, accounts, and contacts. This prefilled data removes the need to re-enter the same information. New applicants can quickly use their saved details on initial forms, and returning applicants can continue where they left off.

**How:** Configure the default Integration Procedures in your benefit application Omniscript flow to map the saved applicant record fields to form elements.
