Determine eligibility across multiple benefit programs at the same time during application intake. The integrated application evaluates household, income, asset, and expense details in parallel, so constituents see every program they qualify for in one pass instead of applying separately. Faster determinations mean constituents wait less time for the support they need.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Agentforce Public Sector is enabled.
Who: Authorized representatives who apply on a constituent's behalf need the Public Sector Authorized Representative, Authorized Representative Community, and Authorized Representative Company Community permission set licenses.
Why: Determining eligibility one program at a time slows benefit delivery and leaves constituents waiting. When each program uses its own form and its own rules, applicants also risk missing benefits they qualify for.
How: The integrated application uses the IntegratedEligibility Connect API to evaluate application data in parallel. It instantly identifies all programs an applicant qualifies for, such as the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), based on real-time household, income, asset, and expense details. The application automatically prefills any previously submitted information to save time and reduce errors.
