# Capture Program-Specific Details During Benefit Applications

Collect specialized, program-specific information during guided application flows. Some programs require details that a standard intake form doesn't capture, and dynamic Omniscript components gather exactly what each program needs. Complete, accurate submissions reduce the delays and denials that come from missing information.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Agentforce Public Sector is enabled.

**Why:** Benefits such as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) need specific information to be processed correctly and on time. For example, it's important to know who in the household prepares meals together. Without this information, applications can be incomplete or incorrect, which leads to delays and denials.

**How:** Admins use prebuilt Data Mappers, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures to automatically ask for and store extra applicant responses in the data model. These default Omniscript artifacts collect and store all necessary information accurately, which simplifies the application process.
