When AI Relationship Research detects that a contact's or lead's current employer doesn't match the associated account in your CRM, it flags the discrepancy directly on the relationship graph. Users can open the flagged node to identify the correct employer and resolve the conflict.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.
Who: To use AI Relationship Research, your org requires an AI Relationship Research license, a provisioned Data 360 org, and Einstein Generative AI enabled. Assign the AI Relationship Research Admin permission set to admins who set up and configure the feature, and the AI Relationship Research User permission set to end users who generate and view relationship insights.
How: From Setup, go to AI Relationship Research and create a configuration that includes secondary research validation. Select Contact or Lead as the anchor object, select the CRM and Web data sources, and then enable the Employer Verification validation rule. Add the validation-enabled AI Relationship Research component to the Contact or Lead record page. At runtime, a warning icon appears on any relationship graph node where the employer information doesn't match. Users can select the node to review the discrepancy, click Review & Resolve, choose the correct employer value, and confirm the update.
