# Get AI Relationship Research Insights Directly in Your Agentforce Conversations

Ask the Agentforce AI Relationship Research agent for insights about an account or contact and see the key people and companies connected to that record without leaving the conversation. The AI Relationship Research Agent identifies the relevant record, surfaces the key people and companies connected to it, explains each relationship, and provides supporting evidence. It also turns those connections into actionable insights, recommending who to engage and the best path to reach them.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

**Who:** To use AI Relationship Research, your org needs an AI Relationship Research license, a provisioned Data 360 org, and Einstein Generative AI enabled. Assign the AI Relationship Research Admin permission set to admins who set up and configure the feature, and the AI Relationship Research User permission set to end users who generate and view relationship insights.

**How:** From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agentforce Agents, and then select **Agentforce Agents**. Create a new agent in Agentforce Builder or open an existing one. In the Subagents panel, click **Add from Asset Library**, search for and select **AI Relationship Research Sub Agent**, and click **Add to Agent**. To test the feature, open the Preview tab, go to the Live Test section, and ask the agent to generate or retrieve relationship insights for a record.
