# Dynamic Routing for Agentforce Voice Is Now Available in Japan

Dynamic Routing now supports local phone numbers in Japan. To connect to the voice-enabled agent, call the reserveRoutableNumber API, and then forward the call to the local number.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 Editions, and [Salesforce Voice add-ons](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.voice_editions.htm&language=en_US&type=5).

**When:** This feature is available starting the week of September 3, 2026.
