# Renew Customer Contracts in the Go-To-Market App

Partners can create, send, and fulfill renewal offers for existing customer contracts directly in the AgentExchange Go-To-Market (GTM) app. Each renewal offer pre-populates with the customer's current entitlement, which includes the initial order and all add-ons. Partners can edit existing products, quantities, pricing, and contract terms instead of rebuilding the contract by hand. When the customer accepts, billing and provisioning run automatically on the contract anniversary date.

**Where:** This change applies to partners using the AgentExchange GTM app.

**When:** This feature is available to partners starting October 15, 2026.

**Why:** Renewals close the gap between initial sale and contract expiration so partners retain and grow revenue at the most critical moment in the customer lifecycle. With renewal offers, you can:

- Renegotiate the entire contract in one offer, including changes to products, quantities, per-unit pricing, and contract length.
- See a unified, pre-populated view of the customer's current entitlement, drawn from the initial order and all co-termed add-ons.
- Review a summary of changes for product, quantity, and pricing changes, and confirm it before the offer goes to the customer.

**How:** Create a new offer and select the Renewal offer type (1). Review the pre-populated offer items, and confirm the contract changes. When your offer looks correct, click **Send to Customer** (2).

Note A renewal is a complete cancel-and-replace action. The renewal order must include every product and license the customer keeps going forward, because any product left off the offer is de-provisioned. On the new service start date, the system calculates the net license delta and provisions or de-provisions accordingly.

For new and existing partners, the partner order expiration notifications are disabled by default. Because these notifications are flow templates, you must clone a template before you can activate it. To turn on notifications, from Setup, enter Flows in the Quick Find box, and select Flows. Locate the GTM renewal partner order expiration flow template, open it, and select Save As New Flow. Enter a name and label for the new flow and save it, then click **Activate** on the new flow.
