# Set Multi-Year Contract Terms for Private Offers

Partners can send private offers with 24-month or 36-month contract terms, in addition to the standard 12-month term. Multi-year terms bill annually, and customers see the full contract length on the offer before accepting. Previously, every private offer was limited to a 12-month term.

**Where:** This change applies to eligible partners using the AgentExchange Go-To-Market (GTM) app.

**When:** This feature is available to partners starting October 15, 2026.

**Why:** Multi-year terms help you close deals with customers who want to lock in pricing and commitment beyond a single year, without leaving the GTM app to negotiate a custom contract outside the platform.

**How:** Contract terms are set to 12 months by default. If you want to offer 24-month or 36-month terms, work with your Partner Account Manager (PAM) to have it enabled for your account. Once it's enabled, you select a 24-month or 36-month term in the Create Offer flow.
