Sell External Products as SaaS or Professional Services with the Go-To-Market App

Sell External SaaS and Professional Service Products, including implementation, training, alongside your Salesforce apps using private offers in the Go-To-Market (GTM) app. Previously, you had to bill customers separately outside the GTM app, for these external offerings. Now, you can give customers one consolidated invoice for software and services, all from the Salesforce platform.

Where: This change applies to Partners using the AgentExchange Go-To-Market (GTM) app.

When: This feature is available to Partners starting October 15, 2026.

Why: In addition to a Partner Application - Salesforce Package Product, you can:

  • Include implementation services, training, consulting, premium support, or external SaaS Product Offerings as line items on the same private Offer as your Salesforce application. Customers receive a consolidated invoice through the GTM app instead of separate bills from different systems.
  • Price external professional service Offerings with flexible billing options. Use recurring billing for ongoing services that co-term with your Salesforce app, or use a one-time charge type for fixed-price engagements billed up front.
  • Add professional services during the Order Term through Add-On Offers to support customer expansion or additional implementation needs.

How: Work with your Partner Account Manager (PAM) to set up Partner Product Catalogs (PPCs) for your External Product - SaaS or External Product - Professional Service offerings. If you don't have a PAM, open a support case to request this capability. When you create a Partner Provisionable Product (PPP) in the GTM app, select a Product type: Partner Application - Salesforce Package, External Product - SaaS, or External Product - Professional Service. Then select the applicable Charge Type (recurring or one-time) and Product Catalog, describe your custom unit and Product, and choose the appropriate tax category.

For private offers, define a monthly per-unit price for recurring items, or a flat price with an end date for one-time items. Customers see all line items together in the offer view and receive one consolidated invoice.
