# Preview Media Label Audio Before Publishing Your IVR Flow

Verify that the right audio plays when you configure IVR prompts with media labels. Preview audio directly from the Play Prompt configuration in Flow Builder, the same way you preview text-to-speech prompts. Previously, only text-to-speech prompts were available for preview, requiring you to publish and test the full IVR flow to verify media label audio.

**Where:** This change is available in Salesforce orgs with this [telephony model](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.voice_telephony_models.htm&language=en_US).

- Salesforce Voice (Native Telephony)

**How:** In Flow Builder, configure a Play Prompt action and select a media label as the prompt source. Click **Preview** to hear the audio associated with that media label before you save or activate your flow.
