# Control Outbound Call Behavior with Call Origination Flows and Voice Configurations

Flows can dynamically override the default caller ID on a per-call basis, so your customers see contextually appropriate phone numbers based on call purpose, customer segment, line of business, calling region and so on. Use custom voice configurations to specify which CLI to display—whether static for all calls through a branch or dynamic based on customer attributes.

**Where:** This change is available in Salesforce orgs with these [telephony models](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.voice_editions.htm&type=5&language=en_US).

- Salesforce Voice (Native Telephony)

**Who:** To set different caller IDs and modify flows, you need the Agentforce Contact Center Admin (Salesforce Voice) and Manage Flow permission set.

**How:** In Flow Builder, add the Set Voice Configuration action to your outbound call flow. Configure the action to use a static CLI, such as a specific phone number for all calls through this flow. Alternatively, use a dynamic CLI. For example, the flow can read a customer’s Country field, look up the matching CLI from custom metadata, and apply that number to the call. The caller ID override applies only to calls initiated through this flow and doesn't change the default channel CLI.
