# Reach Customers Globally with Agentforce Contact Center

Serve customers in more than 30 countries with Agentforce Contact Center using a Bring Your Own Carrier model. Keep your existing telephony carrier contracts and phone numbers, or use a Salesforce-certified regional carrier.

**Where:** This change is available in Salesforce orgs with this [telephony model](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.voice_telephony_models.htm&language=en_US).

- Salesforce Voice (Native Telephony)

**How:** Add your phone numbers in E.164 format, along with type, country, capabilities, and call direction, and create a trunk that carries inbound and outbound voice traffic to connect your telephony infrastructure to Salesforce. After your numbers sync successfully, use them to create voice channels. Verified Bring Your Own Carrier numbers appear in your existing number lists with a Bring Your Own Carrier flag, so you can spot them quickly.
