Build Targeted Client Lists with Data Model Objects (Generally Available)

Build actionable lists to group similar client profiles and act on new opportunities. Filter directly on unified data from Data 360 data model objects (DMOs), combining CRM fields with external data such as cash balances, marketing engagement scores, and purchase history in one list. External field values are used only for filtering and are never written to CRM records. Your CRM stays clean while advisors identify high-value opportunities faster.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Professional, Starter, and Unlimited editions with Agentforce Financial Services, and requires Data 360 and the Industry Sales Excellence permission set license.

Who: To configure the data model objects, admins need the Data 360 Architect permission set. To create actionable list definitions, admins need Data 360 User and Actionable Segmentation Admin permission sets. Advisors creating and working with lists need Data 360 User and Actionable Segmentation List Manager permission sets.

Why: Actionable List with Data 360 gives advisors and admins more direct control over how client lists are built and maintained. With this feature, they can:

  • Filter directly on DMO data instead of a prebuilt segment, so advisors aren't limited by the lower list-volume cap tied to segment-based lists.
  • Combine CRM and DMO fields side by side in one filter, instead of relying on an admin to prebuild a segment for every use case.
  • Refresh a list on demand to pull the latest Data 360 data and update list membership automatically.
  • Assign members to users, record owners, or queues to match your territory and outreach structures.
  • Track advisor progress through custom, color-coded workflow statuses, such as To Contact, Contacted, and Re-engaged.

How: From Setup, go to the Actionable List with Data 360 Data Model Objects Settings page, and turn on Actionable List with Data 360 Data Model Objects. Click New, and then select Data Space | Data Model Object. Set a name, choose a CRM source object (Account or Contact), and configure the display fields, primary key mapping, and member statuses.

To build a list, from the App Launcher, open Actionable Lists, click New, and select Data 360 Data Model Objects as the source, alongside the existing Data 360 segment option. After you choose a definition and name the list, build filters, select matching or specific records, preview CRM and Data 360 columns together, set a default status, and save your changes. Click Refresh on any saved list to update membership with the latest Data 360 data.
