Who: To use Supplier Management, users need the Supplier Management add-on license. Procurement managers and sustainability professionals need the Supplier Onboarding permission set license to create and manage supplier records and sustainability scorecards. To give suppliers access to the self-service portal, supplier portal users need the External Supplier Management add-on license, the Suppliers Onboarding to Site permission set license, and a Power Partner or Partner Community base license.
How: Use Salesforce GO to turn on Supplier Management, which enables Digital Experiences and creates the Supplier Portal site in one guided setup flow. If you aren’t using Salesforce GO, turn on Supplier Onboarding and Data Collection, Supplier Program Management, and Supplier Target Setting in Supplier Preferences in Setup.
