Handle your highest-volume taxpayer questions related to refund status, tax balance breakdowns, and filing status inquiries with the Tax Advocate agent. Embed the agent directly on the taxpayer web portal. Taxpayers interact with a conversational AI in natural language and receive real-time, personalized answers grounded in Taxpayer 360 data.

**Where:** This change applies to Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Public Sector Solutions, Agentforce 1, Data 360, and Experience Cloud.

**How:** Create a chat agent from the Public Sector Tax and Revenue template in Agentforce Builder (1), and embed it on the taxpayer portal Experience Cloud site.
