# Customize Claims Submission Forms and AI-Based Invoice Extraction

Government agencies can now adapt Claims submission forms in Experience Cloud to match their workflows—adding custom fields, simplifying provider intake, and automating invoice data extraction with Unstructured Document Processing.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions where Agentforce Public Sector is enabled.

**Why:** Agencies process provider claims with different data requirements, such as authorization numbers, cost centers, grant identifiers. Agencies need the flexibility to capture their specific data without custom development.

Agencies can now configure Claims submission forms to match their intake workflow and reduce manual data entry. When providers upload invoices, Unstructured Document Processing extracts structured claim data, such as line items, amounts, dates, and agency-specific identifiers. Providers see a simplified submission experience, and case workers receive structured, validated claim data ready for adjudication.

**How:** Invoice extraction uses Unstructured Document Processing to extract structured data from uploaded PDFs and images. When providers upload invoices, the system fills claim fields and extracts line items as structured data. You control which fields are extracted by configuring a JSON schema in Setup.
