# Catalog Services and Pricing with Product Catalog Management

Public sector agencies can now manage service offerings, rates, and provider networks by using Salesforce Product Catalog Management. Define services, organize them into catalogs, set pricing schedules, and link services to providers and benefit programs — all in a single system.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions where Agentforce Public Sector is enabled.

**Why:** Government agencies delivering benefits, managing provider claims, or coordinating services across programs need a unified way to track what services exist, what they cost, which providers deliver them, and which benefit programs they support. Without a structured catalog, agencies rely on spreadsheets, disconnected systems, and manual reconciliation—making it difficult to validate invoices, audit payments, or onboard new providers.

Agencies can now:

- Define services once and reuse them across multiple programs.
- Track standard fee schedules and provider-specific negotiated rates in the same system.
- Link services to providers to control which providers can deliver which services, with effective dating and exclusion flags for compliance.
- Map services to benefit programs so caseworkers and claim adjudicators can verify authorized benefits against services delivered.

This foundation supports invoice validation, payment instruction generation, and audit trails for benefit disbursements, and provider claims.
