Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions. Workforce Management is available for an additional cost as an add-on license.
Who: Users with the Shift Scheduling Agent or Workforce Engagement Agent permission set can view shift assignments and schedules.
How: On desktop, from the App Launcher, find and select Worker Calendar to view schedules in Month, Week, or Day view and review shift segments. On mobile, access Shift Hub to view upcoming shifts or Shift Schedule to review weekly schedules and shift details. Submit absence requests directly from desktop or mobile.
