# Showcase and Sell Products or Services Directly in WhatsApp Conversations

Showcase your inventory and start a sales journey directly within a WhatsApp conversation. Instead of redirecting customers to external websites, use the Catalog message component to send your entire catalog, a single-product message, or a multi-product message.

**Where:** This change applies to Enhanced WhatsApp and Unified Conversation Platform (UCP) channels in Professional, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Agentforce Contact Center Digital. **How:** To get started, upload your product or service inventory to Meta's Commerce Manager. Connect your uploaded catalog to your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). Then, from Setup, enter Messaging Components in the Quick Find box, and then select **Messaging Components**. Click **New Component** and then select **Catalog**.
