Note Web Console is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at [Agreements - Salesforce.com](https://www.salesforce.com/company/legal/agreements/) or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the [Product Terms Directory](https://ptd.salesforce.com/). Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.

**When:** Effective April 14 2026, Web Console will be available in open beta.

**Why:** Web Console provides a unified interface for these development and administrative tasks.

- **Access Native IDE** directly within your Salesforce org for a smooth, browser-resident development experience.
- **Edit code in-context** to modify Apex and workflows as you navigate.
- **Navigate system components** with an integrated Org Browser to manage your metadata effortlessly.
- **Optimize data queries** by using the SOQL Builder and built-in Query Planner to ensure performance.
- **Diagnose issues faster** with a modernized execution log viewer and a comprehensive Apex testing suite.
- **Run code on-demand** through a dedicated interface for anonymous Apex.

**How:** For the beta, Salesforce admins must provision access by enabling Web Console. After it’s enabled, it’s available from the Setup menu.
