# Record Personalized Voicemail Greetings for Inbound Calls

Deliver personalized calling experiences with pre-recorded voicemail greetings that play when your reps can’t take an inbound call. Reps can record up to ten greetings to meet specific requirements. Any messages left by the callers are stored in your rep’s personal voicemail box for review at any time. If your reps have assigned phone numbers to themselves, they can link them to specific voicemail greetings to provide the most relevant message.
