# Streamline Disaster Recovery with Automated Status Migration

Automatically migrate rep statuses to a backup contact center when you activate Disaster Recovery for Amazon Connect. Additionally, activating disaster recovery is disabled until your Amazon Connect replication is complete, allowing a seamless transition to the backup contact center.

**Where:** This change is available in Salesforce Voice with these [telephony models](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.voice_telephony_models.htm&type=5&language=en_US).

- Salesforce Voice with Amazon Connect
- Salesforce Voice with Partner Telephony from Amazon Connect (also available for Voice manually integrated with your Amazon Connect instance)
