# Secure Data Access for Pricing with Elevated Permissions

Have business continuity during sales transaction pricing while protecting sensitive data from unauthorized access. Turn on Elevated Data Access for Pricing Quotes and Orders and Procedure Plan Orchestration for Pricing and restrict fields from the context by using custom Apex hooks. The pricing engine accesses the data internally to make sure that a transaction price is correct, but users without field-level security can’t query, view, or modify the fields used to calculate pricing.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Cloud Growth or the Revenue Cloud Advanced license.

**How:** In Setup, find and select **Revenue Settings**. Turn on Elevated Data Access for Pricing Quotes and Orders and Procedure Plan Orchestration for Pricing. Then, create an Apex class for your Pricing Procedure Apex hook.
