# Simplify Multi-Year Quoting by Using a Guided Ramp Schedule

Use a guided flow to generate multi-year ramp schedules instead of manually cloning segments. Include trial periods, and select whether to place prorated segments at the beginning or end of a contract to align with your customer's needs. Sales reps can preview and fine-tune the entire schedule before saving changes to the quote.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Cloud Growth or the Revenue Cloud Advanced license.

**How:** In Setup, find and select **Revenue Settings**. Turn on Ramp Deals for Groups in Quotes and Orders and Multiple Ramp Schedules Per Transaction. In Set Up Flow for Creating Ramp Schedules, provide the API name of the flow to use when creating a ramp schedule.

To use trial segments, turn on Trial Segments for Group Ramp Schedules.
