# Renew Ramped Assets Early to Secure Future Revenue

Proactively strengthen customer relationships and increase lifetime value by renewing multi-year ramp schedules before they expire. Sales reps can select ramped assets for early renewal to terminate existing segments and consolidate subscriptions under a single, forward-looking ramp schedule. Get accurate financial reporting by generating credit lines for terminated periods while your reps negotiate new terms for the renewal period.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Cloud Growth or the Revenue Cloud Advanced license.

**How:** In Setup, find and select **Revenue Settings**. Turn on Multiple Ramp Schedules Per Transaction.

Sales reps initiate the renewal from the asset view. On the Set Renewal Term page, override the renewal term and select a new start date. Create the ramp schedule.
