# Changed Objects in Trade Promotion Management

Do more with the updated Trade Promotion Management objects.

## New Fields

If you're upgrading to the Consumer Goods Cloud Summer ’26 managed package, add the new fields to the appropriate page layouts.

## Modified Fields

If you're upgrading to the Consumer Goods Cloud Summer ’26 managed package, add the modified fields to the appropriate page layouts for liability accruals.

| Fund\_\_c | Invoice\_Based\_Costs\_\_c | Aggregates invoice-based costs from tactic funds in all phases eligible for fund aggregation, rather than only the Committed phase. |
| Fund\_\_c | LE\_Spend\_Approved\_\_c | Aggregates approved Latest Estimate (LE) spend from tactic funds in all phases eligible for fund aggregation, rather than only the Committed phase. |
| Fund\_\_c | LE\_Spend\_Pending\_\_c | Aggregates pending LE spend from tactic funds in phases not eligible for fund aggregation, rather than excluding only the Committed phase. |
| Fund\_\_c | Liabilities\_Accrued\_\_c | Aggregates accrued liabilities from tactic funds in all phases eligible for fund aggregation, not just the Committed phase. |

## Page Layout Changes

Update your page layouts with these changes.

## Validation Rule Changes

This validation rule is updated for this release.

| --- | --- | --- |
| Tactic\_\_c | Tactic\_DateRange\_In\_Promotion\_DateRange | Verifies that the date range of an included tactic falls within the promotion period. Previously, the validation applied to all tactics. The validation rule now evaluates  tactics where the Included\_\_c field is true. |

## Picklist Value Changes

Add new picklist values to activate new features, because they aren’t automatically upgraded when you upgrade the Consumer Goods Cloud managed packages.

To use the new picklist value, add it to the bom\_component\_aggregation record type of the KPI\_Definition\_\_c object.
