Agentforce Sales is now available directly in Slackbot, bringing Sales agents into your Slack workflow. A new dedicated Go page makes setup fast and easy for admins.
Where: This change applies to Sales Cloud Enterprise, Unlimited, Agentforce 1, and Developer Editions. Requires Slack Business+ or higher editions.

Why: Sales reps can now interact with Agentforce Sales agents directly in Slackbot. Powered by the new Agentforce Sales MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, Agentforce Sales in Slack connects your CRM data, AI agents, and full business context to your Slack workspace. Actions taken in Slack automatically sync back to Salesforce, keeping your records and forecasts up to date. Agentforce Sales in Slack includes Pipeline Management functionality.
Salesforce also introduces the Agentforce Sales in Slack Go page, which centralizes all onboarding requirements into a few streamlined steps. The page enables admins to get up and running without any manual MCP server configuration.
