# Extend Access for Unified Employee License Users

Manage user sharing access with the All Restricted Employees group, which includes only users with the Unified Employee License. By using this group, you can quickly extend access for users with a Unified Employee License.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Professional, Performance, and Unlimited Editions.

**How:** Assign the All Restricted Employees group to public groups and sharing rules.
