# Generate Documents from Record Pages and Flows

Generate and preview documents directly from record pages or flows by using the Generate Document Lightning Web Component. Add the component to a Lightning record page to generate and attach Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and PDF documents. Simplify setup, remove Omnistudio licensing dependencies, and extend document generation to more UI-driven use cases. This component supports merging up to 10 PDF files.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Events Starter Pack license, and the Revenue Cloud Advanced or Revenue Cloud Billing license.

**How:** Add the Generate Document component to a Lightning record page or use it in a flow. Configure the component to generate and attach documents to the related record.
