# Protect and Categorize Documents with Dynamic Watermarking

Protect your documents and indicate their status by adding dynamic text watermarks during the document generation process. Automatically label documents as Draft, Internal Only, or with specific record data, and reduce the risk of unauthorized sharing or the accidental use of obsolete versions. This feature is available only for simple text.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Events Starter Pack license, and the Revenue Cloud Advanced or Revenue Cloud Billing license.
