# Add Document Generation Process Requests to Active Batches

Add Document Generation Process (DGP) requests to a Document Generation Batch Process (DGBP) even after the batch starts running. Continue updating batches in New, In Progress, or Queued status without waiting for the batches to complete. This enhancement provides flexibility for large or evolving workloads, and it reduces the requirement to recreate batches. You can’t update a DGBP with additional DGPs after the batch status changes to completed. Previously, you could only update batches in the new state.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Events Starter Pack license, and the Revenue Cloud Advanced or Revenue Cloud Billing license.

**How:** Create a document generation request and associate it with an existing batch by using the Document Generation Batch Process field. The batch processes newly added requests automatically, even when queued or in progress.
